A Cro-Magnon multi-tasker
To be honest, this idea came so fast to me, I had to do it. The thing is, while working on the DEAD DINOSAURIO comic, my research of dinosaurs totally took over and inspired me to jump into the caveman superhero genre (Tor, Tragg, Yor, Mighty Mightor, Captain Caveman, etc).
And seriously, since I came up with a pretty meaty storyline, I'm going to go ahead and produce a full-length, done-in-one Cro-Man comic book. Should debut in the New Year...
About his club and arm-guard thingie.. I knew he had to have some weapons, but instead of the usual ax and shield, I'm using some, shall we say, melted slags of alien metal for his accessories. Where did the alien metal come from? Why, from the UFO that crash landed! And the mask? Well, let's be honest, it looks cool as hell, but I have a 'reason' for that, too!
All will be revealed....
And as for the 'mysterious' Tevas..Well, everyone gives their barbarian heroes fur boots. I just wanted to do something different (maybe this takes place in Portland of 1,000,000 B.C.?!). Little bit more gladiator than 'barbarian', I suppose...
and forgot to mention the mysterious Tevas/sandals, ha!
love that this is yet another concept, and one I've never heard you reveal, and that it's also a change-up in narrative style (going all quick/action, sans dialogue)
and I want to know more about Cro-Man... why does he wear a mask? and what are the techy looking club and glove all about??
nice
